School Refusal: Information for Educators

We all can think of a student that we have heard of or had a direct experience with, that just refused to come to school. This is a frustrating situation for everyone involved, the student, parents, teachers and school staff involved. Research suggests that 2-5% of students refuse to come to school due to anxiety or depression.
